Anti-TL1A antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The TL1A antigen is another term for the human protein TNF superfamily member 15, encoded by the TNFSF15 gene. The protein is a known receptor for TNFRSF25 and TNFRSF6B. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 251 residues and a mass of 28.1 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the membrane and is secreted. It is notably expressed in endothelial cells. The TL1A protein is a member of the Tumor necrosis factor protein family. Other alias names for TL1A include TL1 and TL1. Some TL1A antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. In addition, ELISA is also a common application.
