Anti-FSD2 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein fibronectin type III and SPRY domain containing 2. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 749 amino acid residues and a mass of 85.4 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus and cytoplasm. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. Synonyms for this target antigen include SPRY domain containing 1, SPRY domain-containing protein 1, minispryn, and fibronectin type III and SPRY domain-containing protein 2. FSD2 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Western Blot is the most common application for the FSD2 antibodies listed below. ELISA, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
