Anti-CD314 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the CD314 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the KLRK1 gene, which encodes killer cell lectin like receptor K1. This protein is known to function in adaptive immune responses and cell differentiation, among other biological roles. The human version of CD314 has a canonical amino acid length of 216 residues and a protein mass of 25.3 kilodaltons. It is reported to be localized in the cell membrane of cells and notably expressed in the tonsil, spleen, lymph node, and appendix. This target antigen may also be known as D12S2489E. These CD314 antibodies are widely used in Western Blot experiments, among other applications.
