Anti-OR4K3 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein olfactory receptor family 4 subfamily K member 3 (gene/pseudogene). In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 315 amino acid residues and a mass of 35.4 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane. It is a member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 protein family. Post-translational modifications have been described, including glycosylation. Synonyms for this target antigen include olfactory receptor OR14-14, olfactory receptor, family 4, subfamily K, member 3 pseudogene, and olfactory receptor 4K3. OR4K3 gene orthologs have been reported in the bovine species. Western Blot is the most common application for the OR4K3 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunofluorescence are also common applications.
