Anti-LSMEM1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein leucine rich single-pass membrane protein 1. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 131 amino acid residues and a mass of 14.5 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the membrane. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. LSMEM1 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, chimpanzee and chicken species. Immunofluorescence is the most common application for the LSMEM1 antibodies listed below. ELISA, Immunocytochemistry, and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
