Anti-OR4D1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein olfactory receptor family 4 subfamily D member 1. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 310 amino acid residues and a mass of 35.2 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane. A member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 protein family, OR4D1 is known to be involved with the sensory perception of smell. Post-translational modifications have been described, including glycosylation. Synonyms for this target antigen include OR4D3, OR4D4P, TPCR16, olfactory receptor 4D1, olfactory receptor 4D3, and OR17-23. Western Blot is the most common application for the OR4D1 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunofluorescence are also common applications.
