Anti-PPP1R37 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein protein phosphatase 1 regulatory subunit 37. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 691 amino acid residues and a mass of 74.8 kDa. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. A member of the PPP1R37 protein family, PPP1R37 is reported to inhibit phosphatase activity of protein phosphatase 1 (PP1) complexes. Synonyms for this target antigen include leucine rich repeat containing 68 and leucine-rich repeat-containing protein 68. PPP1R37 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Some PPP1R37 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
