Anti-TRAV2 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein T cell receptor alpha variable 2. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 112 amino acid residues and a mass of 12.5 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane. TRAV2 is known to be involved with adaptive immune responses. Post-translational modifications have been described, including glycosylation. A number of TRAV2 antibodies have been mentioned in research publications and have associated citations. Flow Cytometry is a widely used application for these antibodies. Immunofluorescence and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
