Anti-GTPBP10 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein GTP binding protein 10. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 387 amino acid residues and a mass of 42.9 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. Up to 3 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. A member of the OBG GTPase protein family, GTPBP10 is suspected to be involved in the ribosome maturation process. Synonyms for this target antigen include GTP binding protein 10 (putative) and protein obg homolog 2. GTPBP10 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Some GTPBP10 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. ELISA, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
