Anti-CFAP57 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein cilia and flagella associated protein 57. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 1250 amino acid residues and a mass of 145 kDa. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is notably expressed in the lung, fallopian tube, endometrium, cervix, and bronchus. Synonyms for this target antigen include WD repeat-containing protein 65. CFAP57 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Immunohistochemistry is a widely used application for the CFAP57 antibodies listed below. In addition, Western Blot is also a common application.
