Anti-LRRC74A antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein leucine rich repeat containing 74A. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 488 amino acid residues and a mass of 54.5 kDa. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. Synonyms for this target antigen include leucine rich repeat containing 74, leucine-rich repeat-containing protein 74, and leucine-rich repeat-containing protein 74A. LRRC74A gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Immunohistochemistry is the most common application for the LRRC74A antibodies listed below. Immunocytochemistry and Immunofluorescence are also common applications.
