Anti-STCH antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the STCH antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the HSPA13 gene, which encodes heat shock protein family A (Hsp70) member 13. This protein is known to have peptide-independent ATPase activity. The human version of STCH has a canonical amino acid length of 471 residues and a protein mass of 51.9 kilodaltons. It is reported to be localized in the ER of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. This target antigen may also be known as heat shock 70 kDa protein 13. Indicated applications for STCH antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
