Anti-ERICH3 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein glutamate rich 3. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 1530 amino acid residues and a mass of 168.5 kDa. Up to 3 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is notably expressed in the nasopharynx, fallopian tube, cervix, and bronchus. Synonyms for this target antigen include glutamate-rich protein 3 and RP11-653A5.1. ERICH3 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Immunofluorescence is the most common application for the ERICH3 antibodies listed below. Immunocytochemistry and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
