Anti-T cell receptor delta variable 2 antibodies are used for the immunodetection of the protein encoded by the TRDV2 gene. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 115 amino acid residues and a mass of 12.9 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane. It is noted to be involved in adaptive immune responses and innate immune responses. A number of T cell receptor delta variable 2 antibodies have been mentioned in research publications and have associated citations. Flow Cytometry is a widely used application for these antibodies. Immunocytochemistry and Immunofluorescence are also common applications.
