Anti-TTC32 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein tetratricopeptide repeat domain 32. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 151 amino acid residues and a mass of 17.3 kDa. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. Synonyms for this target antigen include tetratricopeptide repeat protein 32 and TPR repeat protein 32. TTC32 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry are common applications for TTC32 antibodies.
