Anti-JMJD5 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the JMJD5 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the KDM8 gene, which encodes lysine demethylase 8. This protein is known to function in chromatin organization and the regulation of transcription, among other biological roles. The human version of JMJD5 has a canonical amino acid length of 416 residues and a protein mass of 47.3 kilodaltons, although 3 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. Indicated applications for JMJD5 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
