Anti-LRRC66 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein leucine rich repeat containing 66. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 880 amino acid residues and a mass of 97.8 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the membrane. Post-translational modifications have been described, including glycosylation. Synonyms for this target antigen include leucine-rich repeat-containing protein 66. LRRC66 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. These LRRC66 antibodies are widely used in Western Blot experiments, among other applications.
