Anti-TRPM4B antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the TRPM4B antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the TRPM4 gene, which encodes transient receptor potential cation channel subfamily M member 4. This protein is known to function in adaptive immune responses, among other biological roles. The human version of TRPM4B has a canonical amino acid length of 1214 residues and a protein mass of 134.3 kilodaltons, although 3 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the ER, Golgi, and cell membrane of cells and notably expressed in many tissues, such as the appendix and colon. Other names for this target antigen include EKVP6, LTrpC4, and PFHB1B. Indicated applications for TRPM4B antibodies listed below include ELISA and Western Blot.
