Anti-SRS5 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target SRS5 is a known alias name of the protein high mobility group AT-hook 2, encoded by the HMGA2 gene in humans. This 109-amino acid residue protein is known to function as a transcriptional regulator. It is localized to the nucleus of the cell and features phosphorylated post-translational modifications. It is reported to be widely expressed in many tissue types.
