Anti-DPL1 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target DPL1 is a known alias name of the protein dipeptidyl peptidase like 6, encoded by the DPP6 gene in humans. This 865-amino acid residue protein is reported to promote cell surface expression of the potassium channel KCND2. It is localized to the cell membrane of the cell and features N-glycosylated post-translational modifications. In terms of tissue expression, it is reported to be highly expressed in the brain.
