Anti-ERp19 antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The ERp19 antigen is another term for the human protein thioredoxin domain containing 12, encoded by the TXNDC12 gene. The protein is reported to be a protein-disulfide reductase of the endoplasmic reticulum that promotes disulfide bond formation in client proteins through its thiol-disulfide oxidase activity. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 172 residues and a mass of 19.2 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the ER and it is widely expressed across many tissue types. Other alias names for ERp19 include AG1, AGR1, and ERP16. Indicated applications for ERp19 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
