Anti-ARMET antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the ARMET antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the MANF gene, which encodes mesencephalic astrocyte derived neurotrophic factor. This protein is known to function in neuronal differentiation and neuronal development, among other biological roles. The human version of ARMET has a canonical amino acid length of 182 residues and a protein mass of 20.7 kilodaltons. It is reported to be localized in the ER and is secreted of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. ARMET is a member of the ARMET protein family. Indicated applications for ARMET antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
