Anti-IFITM10 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein interferon induced transmembrane protein 10. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 228 amino acid residues and a mass of 24.6 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane. It is a member of the CD225/Dispanin protein family. Synonyms for this target antigen include dispanin subfamily A member 3. IFITM10 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, chimpanzee and chicken species.
