Anti-ILNEB antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target ILNEB is a known alias name of the protein integrin subunit alpha 3, encoded by the ITGA3 gene in humans. This 1051-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in cell adhesion and cell matrix adhesion, among other biological processes. It is localized to the cell membrane of the cell and features phosphorylated and glycosylated post-translational modifications. It is reported to be widely expressed in many tissue types. Other synonyms for ILNEB include CD49C, FRP-2, and GAP-B3. Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry are common applications for ILNEB antibodies.
