NGS Kits

Next generation sequencing technologies have become an important technology to answer a variety of genomic related scientific questions in most any biological sample. Next generation sequencing (NGS) produces large amounts of data revolutionizing genomic analysis; however a limiting factor is the ability to prepare samples with adequate throughput. The total sample preparation process can be divided into four areas: sample fragmentation, purification, enrichment, and library construction. With manual protocols these steps require significant manipulation and many hours of skilled genomic library production. Fully automated systems (post fragmentation), combine DNA library preparation and production into automated systems, at times producing sequence ready DNA libraries at a 5 times greater rate than manual methods.
