The Nano tag is a streptavidin-binding peptide used in the purification of Nano-tagged fusion proteins. There are different versions, such as Nano-tag15 (MDVEAWLGARVPLVET) and Nano-tag9 (MDVEAWLGAR). Antibodies to the Nano tag may also serve as useful tools in immunological detection and analysis of Nano-tagged proteins.
