I used this Lysing buffer from LONZA on PBMCs and liver-derived mouse cells. The product works great and it is gentle with the cells (low cell death). The buffer is immediately ready to use, without any further dilutions. Recommended.
Immunology
PBMCs and liver-derived mouse cells
To use a room temperature for 5 minutes on cells previosly washed for 2 times in PBS.
The cells RBCs-free after 4-5 minutes of incubation at room temperature. The buffer works gently on the cells, that show a good survival rate (~95% alive cells) after use.

More expensive compared to the concentrated buffers.
A really good lysing buffer for any type of cells. Definitely Recommended.
