Mammalian cell culture is an important tool for research, clinical, and pharmaceutical applications. Cells isolated from animal tissues can be expanded in culture to study cell biology and disease. Experiment details: We are working on mammalian cell culture to isolate a therapeutic protein such as antibodies and specific binding proteins that neutralize disease-causing molecules within the body. We have used these cell culture microplates to get valuable functional metabolic data from living cells, isolated mitochondria, islets, and spheroids for our molecular biology experiments. Also, Seahorse XF cell culture plates were used for optimum adherence and growth of mammalian cells.
