To study the differential expression levels of various proteins involved in cellular signaling like c-Myc, mTOR, ERK, and p38 during viral infection, I have used these precast gels to resolve the cell lysate samples and further do the Western Blotting.

Results Summary

Good separation of various proteins detected when stained with Coomassie blue stain. Also, clear bands of protein of interest were visualized after Western Blotting.
