The Good
The introduction and principle are written well.
The Bad
Typos are littered throughout the assay procedure and on the labels on the reagents.
The Bottom Line
This assay needs a lot of attention from the manufacturers. The typos in the assay procedure state to use the reagents out of order. We wasted an entire kit trying to follow the instructions as listed. The "working solution of Estradiol Reagent" is not a working solution, the biotin is ready to use and should be added before the conjugate. The "Estradiol Enzyme Reagent" is the working solution of the conjugate, though the directions do not say so. The Conjugate reagent is labeled 'consugate'.
