Great for use in Luna Cell counter. We put 10uL samples in the end (9uL culture sample and 1uL stain). The slide has two ends so can be used twice. The counter provides great summary statistics, such as percent viability, life, death, size, and dilution factor. We have noticed counts can be inconsistent between readings.
