The Good
Adherent cells attach well and grow uniformly.
The Bad
It is difficult to remove the adherent cells once in the plate. We end up needing to scrape for a while with a transfer pipette.
The Bottom Line
Adherent cells attach well and grow uniformly. Works well to separate adherent DCs and free floating T cells by plating the PBMCs and waiting an hour before pipetting the T cells. However, it can be difficult to dislodge the adherent cells once they have attached.
