Product Name:

24 well Tissue Culture Plate

This plate works well with adherent dendritic cells and allows optimal and uniform growth. I also use this plate to separate DCs from T cells by plating PBMCs and waiting an hour for the DCs to adhere and pipet the T cells.

Summary

The Good

Adherent cells attach well and grow uniformly.

The Bad

It is difficult to remove the adherent cells once in the plate. We end up needing to scrape for a while with a transfer pipette.

The Bottom Line

Adherent cells attach well and grow uniformly. Works well to separate adherent DCs and free floating T cells by plating the PBMCs and waiting an hour before pipetting the T cells. However, it can be difficult to dislodge the adherent cells once they have attached.
