I am targeting actin-related genes for knockdown. Actin-related genes help in actin cytoskeleton nucleation and branching. I ordered oligos to target 4 different genes from IDT and it worked well.
Oligos for CRISPR mediated targeting for gene knockout
Our research is centered on understanding the role of the cell cytoskeleton in regulating the cell polarity within asymmetrically dividing precursor cells of the guard cell lineage in the Arabidopsis leaf epidermis. We wanted to use CRISPR technology to knock down actin-related genes in plants. We placed orders for oligos designed for gRNA, and the oligos worked perfectly.
