The present experiment aimed to measure the NFkB protein levels in the human primary cell line. For this cells in log phage were exposed to growth factor and incubated for 48 hrs. After incubation, the cells were lysed, protein extract was prepared, and an equal amount of protein was resolved in 10% SDS-PAGE. The resolved proteins were then immunoblotted with NFkB antibody obtained from Novus Biologicals. The Selection of the primary antibody from Novus Biologicals was based on information provided by the manufacturer.
