I am interested in understanding the molecular mechanism of the Hedgehog signal transduction pathway. We routinely purify proteins for studying protein-protein interactions and enzymatic assays. I use affinity purification followed by gel filtration and this molecular weight calibration kit is important to estimate the molecular weight of purified proteins.

Sepharose 200 16/60 pg column was used in this experiment. Blue Dextran elution was as expected in the void volume. Marker elution profile looked good. A280 of Ferritin is high because of over loading.
