We work mainly with primary T cells (both murine and human) and recently we experienced many problems in finding a proper calf serum to supplement our media. We tested this serum-free medium and we were very satisfied with the results in both human and mouse T cells culture.

We replaced our RPMI based culture medium with this complete serum-free product. The results are satisfactory and it can also be adapted to culture mouse T-cells with the supplementation of beta-mercaptoethanol.
