I loaded 20 ug of protein samples on 4–12% Criterion™ XT Bis-tris protein gel, 12+2 well, 45 µl #3450123. The protein was then transferred onto the PVDF membrane. And then I transferred the two Criterion™ XT Bis-tris protein gels to the Semi-Dry Transfer instrument. I used 1x transfer buffer made with 10x Tris/Glycine buffer for western blots and native gels #1610734, 20% methanol, and 70% MilliQ water. The power supply setting was at 20 V, 60 ~ 90 mins.
