Goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody coupled to Alexa Fluor 488 is used for flow cytometry analysis. I used at a concentration of 1:500 for an hour at room temperature. Highly specific and nice clear signal. This pre-absorbed F(ab')2 fragment antibody does not show non-specific binding because it lacks the Fc domain.
