We are doing LDH assays for cell cultures and treatments. This LDH assay takes less than an hour to finish, but results can be variable.

My results have been variable, and it took me probably 5 times to optimize this kit. Standard curves are reliable and so samples may have varying readouts from time to time.
Quick and convenient.
Finicky results from time to time.
Still would recommend due to ease of use. Suitable for 200 tests and is cheap compared to other options.
