Product Name:

LE Quick Dissolve Agarose

Catalog Number:

E-3120-500

In our lab, we use the LE Quick Dissolve Agarose to prepare the gel for DNA electrophoresis. Based on the DNA molecular weight that we want to detect, we decide the percentage to dissolve in TAE 1X buffer (mostly 1.5% for molecular weight up to 500bp, 2% if lower). Overall convenient and highly recommended.
