Quick-Load® 100 bp DNA Ladder is a ready-to-load molecular weight marker formulated with the bromophenol blue as a tracking dye. We are used to load around 5-10ul (based on the gel percentage, for 500bp we did use 10ul on a 1.5% concentrated agarose gel). The size range goes from 100 bp up to 1.5 kb.
