For adding the sample, 100uL is recommended for each well, but in the case that there is not enough sample, even 25uL can cover the plate and should be enough.

Results Summary

This kit was able to detect the level of toxicity in mice after CAR T cell therapy. Since IL-6 is one of the most important markers for cytokine storm and toxicity, it could be used for the evaluation of any type of toxicity.

In general, this is a very sensitive kit, but it is recommended to be optimized for each experiment in a small scale. Sometimes, you can optimize it to use less amount of reagents (dilute in up to 5 times), which save some antibodies/proteins for the other experiments. However, it should be optimized. Using recommended amounts of antibodies/proteins usually do not need optimization.
