I use the kit daily for Gel / PCR purifications. I think it is a good kit since it has a short and easy protocol and the loss of our products was quite negligible.

Elongate the elution incubation.
The kit works quite nicely, no problems with out clonings so far. It has a short protocol (1 wash only) and we did not encounter huge losses of the products after the purifications.
