Cereblon is a protein encoded by the human CRBN gene. It plays a important role in ubiquitinating the proteins. It forms an E3 ubiquitin ligase complex with damaged DDB1, Cullin-4A and regulator of cullins 1. Cereblon KCNMA1 and regulates its activity. Mice lacking this channel develop neurological disorders. Here we checked the time course effect of Cereblon expression by chemoattractant.
