Working on cell surface proteins that are very instable and fast internalized, we needed a fast and reliable kit to directly couple mouse IgG2a antibody and reduce the incubation time of staining steps. This kit allows a single and rapid incubation with the already FITCH couple antibody, avoiding the loss of fluorescence due to complexes internalisation.
