I use this product for research about immune response between PBMCs and target cells. When I have to use immortal cell lines, I must use mitomycine to stop their proliferation during coculture.

This product enabled my team to perform co-cultures between primary cells (PBMCs) and immortal cell lines (such as HEK293T or B-EBV cells).

Lethal for cells if not used correctly.
This product is very reliable if you use it properly. You will probably have to test it first to see what is the best concentration or incubation time to use depending on your cells.
