I am performing CRISPR-Cas9 experiment on HEK and B cells. I always use Integrated DNA Technology's product for electroporation of RNP complex to edit my cells.

This product is useful to select you CRISPR-Cas9 positive population (the population that has been well transfected). As shown of the picture, orange peak is well-transfected cells that you can sort.

Very expensive.

The Bottom Line

Even if this product is expensive, I highly recommend to use it because it is easy to use and enables us to select your CRISPR-Cas9 positive population few days after transfection. But after 3 days, cells are not fluorescent anymore due to RNA degradation.
