Our study required ultra pure and untouched murin lymphocytes T and we previously used columns based purification. With this kit, we speed up the purification (negative selection) to 15-20 minutes from the collection of the spleen to the pure T cells. The kit is very simple to use and the results are impressive in matter of quality and quantity of obtained cells.

I suggest this kit if you are looking for an efficient and rapid way to isolate untouched T cells from mouse spleen or other sources (blood, ganglions). The manual is very clear and straight forward and there is no need of using disposable columns for every experiment, but you still have to equip yourself with the proper supermagnetic holder.
