I wanted to stain the expression of CD127 on the surface of peripheral T cells and NK cells, so I therefore stained human PBMCs in serial dilutions from 1:25, 1:50, 1:100, 1:200, 1:400 and 1:800 respectively from left to right as seen in the image attached.

I wanted to compare this with the FITC CD127 that I also reviewed - however the populations are not as bright and I would have to use a higher titration. Recommended to try the FITC CD127 I have reviewed.
