Goal was to detect neurotensin level in adipose tissues (both Brown and White adipose tissue). Tissues utilized were brown adipose depot and white adipose depot isolated from mouse on high fat diet.

Our results indicated an increased in Neurotensin level in our genetically modified mice. Overall results were what we anticipated.
